El-Erian YR 2014 UL https://pm-research.com/content/40/5/1.abstract AB Having benefited from strong multidecade structural tailwinds, the asset management industry faces tricky challenges ahead. Some relate to the environment in which it operates, including the extent to which this is changing due to both structural and policy forces. Others speak to the importance of being more inclusive and engaging better with a demographically and socially evolving client base.
